Aparna Sosamma Wilder
has a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Aparna was a fellow with Indicorps, worked as a journalist with the Indian Express Newspaper, and served as an intern with Unicef’s Knowledge Community Children of India to conduct a case study and create a short documentary on the sex ratio in the state of Maharashtra. Aparna has recently been selected as a TEDIndia Fellow. Aparna has visited NGOs all over India and feels privileged to have learned about development from various perspectives.

Shivraj Santhakumar
is a seasoned music video director and visual artist working in India over the past ten years . He brings a wealth of experiences and expertise to the duo. Shivraj was awarded MTV India’s Best Music Video Director in 2004 and has made over 90 music videos and 40 commercials all over the world. He also has several years of experience as a cinematographer and most recently was in Kashmir working on a feature length documentary. Shivraj has lived in both India and the U.S. and sees media as one of the most powerful tools to inspire individuals to engage in social change.

Sachi Maniar
has been making documentaries, ad films, and short films since she was 18 years old. Sachi received her Bachelors of Arts from Jai Hind College in Political Science. She is passionate about service, traveling, trekking, and photography. Sachi was selected as an Oxfam International Youth Partner and travelled to Australia. She also was selected as a 2009 Metta Mentors Fellow and worked on a feature length documentary film on non-violence. Sachi believes that film is a powerful visual medium that can bring people together who would otherwise never have the opportunity to learn from each other's stories.

Jitendra Kalwani
 is one of the fastest editors known to mankind! Jiten has worked on countless ad films, documentaries, and promo films for major Bollywood features. He is a senior editor at Pixion Studio and always manages to make time for global rickshaw projects. Jiten believes that film is fun, fast, furious and is a medium that can entertain at scale while inspiring new ways of thinking.
